Introduction: In the current era of rapid economic development, various environmental problems occur frequently, and environmental protection has become a topic of common concern in all industries. In 2010, the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Council held the "Hong Kong Green Enterprise Award" selection event for the first time. The aim was to encourage businesses and industries to attach importance to environmental protection in their operations and management, and to recognize enterprises that have made positive contributions to environmental protection. The Ningbo Mixc project supervised by the company participated in the "Hong Kong Green Enterprise Award" in 2019 and successfully won the award, fully demonstrating the company's professional strength in the field of green building engineering consulting.

Recently, the Ningbo Mixc project supervised by our company represented China Resources Land in the 2019 "Hong Kong Green Enterprise Award" and successfully won the "Silver Award for Outstanding Environmental Management (Project Management)". This selection event is hosted by the Hong Kong Environmental Promotion Association. It is participated in by many influential institutions such as the Hong Kong government departments, the Construction Industry Council of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, and the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. It has a wide influence in the Hong Kong region.

A total of 107 units participated in this selection. The Ningbo Mixc project, as the representative project recommended by China Resources Land, was one of the few units that won an award in the name of the project. Being able to represent the highest level of China Resources Land in the evaluation and win the Hong Kong Award highlights the outstanding strength of the Ningbo MixC project.

The Ningbo MixC project covers an area of nearly 60,000 square meters and aims to create a large-scale commercial flagship project that is "the best in Ningbo and a benchmark in East China", providing the most cutting-edge and professional one-stop consumption experience throughout Ningbo. The most distinctive feature is the creation of a romantic Ferris wheel nearly 70 meters high on the roof of the shopping center, which has become a must-visit spot for trendsetters in Ningbo.

Under the overall guidance of the company's project supervision department, the project has fully implemented the concept of green development, promoting green construction management in all aspects from system promotion and implementation planning, daily training to implementation inspection, and creating a "garden-like construction site". The integration of green construction and smart construction sites, from dust control to noise prevention and control, uses standardized management to incorporate green concepts throughout the entire process, achieving no blind spots and full coverage in management. The efforts of the project team have been commended and recognized by the government, the owner and other parties, making it a star construction site in Ningbo.

Green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver. Winning the Green Enterprise Award this time is just a small step taken by Jiangnan Management on the path of green development.
