Each seminar is a grand gathering for technical exchanges and intellectual collisions, aiming to solve practical problems in projects, enhance the technical proficiency of project personnel, and strengthen the technical capabilities in various professional fields.

The design of theatre projects is highly challenging and involves multiple specialties, making design management difficult. The project manager of Zhengzhou Grand Theatre shared "Key Points and Thoughts on Theatre Project Design Management" with everyone, focusing on analyzing the design issues during the construction process of Zhengzhou Grand Theatre, introducing the design optimization and management achievements proposed by the project department, and putting forward the key points of theatre project design management. And from this, thoughts on how to bring out the value of design management were triggered, and in-depth exchanges were held with representatives of each project.

As the core of a theater, the stage holds a significant position in its construction. The construction quality of stage craftsmanship directly affects the overall effect of the theater. Chen Jiayi, the director of the research center, and Huang Kaifu, the director, respectively shared the "Interpretation of the Acceptance and Testing Specification for Stage Machinery GBT3627-2018" and the "Key Points for Acceptance of Stage Process Equipment", elaborating on the control priorities of stage process acceptance from both the normative requirements and the actual engineering perspectives. Director Chen Jiayi gave an in-depth interpretation of the standards, elaborating on the differences between the new version and the old one as well as the key points to note, providing guidance for the quality control of the stage technology in the theater.

The fine decoration project of a theater is complex and changeable, and is closely related to architectural acoustics. He Xiaojing, the person in charge of the fine decoration design of Zhengzhou Grand Theatre, and Yi Hui, the chief engineer of Zhongfutai, respectively shared "The Transformation of Design of Zhengzhou Grand Theatre" and "A Brief Analysis of the Interior Design Characteristics and Construction Difficulties of Chengdu City Concert Hall and Zhengzhou Grand Theatre". The characteristics of the interior decoration of the theater were introduced from aspects such as space, acoustics and decorative effects. Chief Engineer Yi Hui also analyzed the key and difficult points of the interior fine decoration construction from the construction perspective and relevant suggestions for overcoming these difficulties, which are worth learning and referring to for all projects.

The stage sound and light art effect is one of the key points of stage performance. In order to enable the participants to have a better understanding of the stage lighting system, Wang Zhihua, the director of the stage Art Center of Henan Song and Dance Theatre and a stage technician, was specially invited. He shared "A Brief Discussion on Theater Lighting Systems" at the meeting, offering unique insights into stage lighting systems from the perspectives of stage lighting users and stage art design, which sparked intense discussions among everyone.

As the host of this seminar, the project department of Zhengzhou Grand Theatre actively shared the construction process of Zhengzhou Grand Theatre with everyone. The directors, general agents and deputy directors of the research center of each theatre project of the company respectively shared "Key Points of Mechanical and Electrical Installation Project Management", "Key and Difficult Points of the Curtain Wall Project Construction of Zhengzhou Grand Theatre" and "Several Summaries in the Construction Process of the Theatre Project", introducing in detail the problems found in the construction process of Zhengzhou Grand Theatre, summarizing the construction experience from actual cases It provides a reference for other projects to avoid similar problems.

The on-site seminar is a rare opportunity for offline communication among various projects. Representatives of the directors of Xiaogan Cultural Center, Yulin Grand Theatre, Zibo Grand Theatre and Pingshan Cultural Center respectively shared the construction and acceptance situations of their respective projects, and raised the problems and difficulties encountered in the current project construction process. The pain points and difficulties existing in each project sparked a lively discussion among everyone. Chen Jiayi, the director of the research center, and other project leaders present at the meeting answered the questions raised by each project and gave reasonable suggestions.

Finally, under the organization of the Henan Branch, the participants visited the Zhengzhou Grand Theatre project. Through on-site visits to the project and by combining the experience sharing of the project leader and the special lectures given by various lecturers, they gained a deeper understanding of the construction of the theatre project.
