Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise the construction of the wharf structure (high piles/gravity piles/sheet piles), channel dredging, breakwater, revetment, etc., to ensure compliance with technical specifications (such as JTS, BS 6349, PIANC) and design documents;

2. On-site supervision for key processes (such as pile driving penetration detection, acceptance of the flatness of underwater stone throwing foundation beds, and durability testing of concrete structures);

3. Review the construction plans, material inspection reports and test reports of the construction units (such as dynamic tests of pile foundations and geotechnical tests);

4. Track the construction plan, coordinate and resolve issues such as conflicts in vessel scheduling and changes in geological conditions, and avoid delays in the construction period;

5. Inspect safety measures for water operations (such as navigation control, diving operation permits, and meteorological warning responses), and issue rectification notices;

Job Responsibilities

1. Review the welding procedure qualification (WPS/PQR) to ensure compliance with standards such as ASME IX and API 582;

2. Verify the welder's qualification (WPQ) to ensure coverage of all on-site welding processes (such as SMAW/GTAW/SAW);

3. Verify the material matching of the process pipeline (such as the welding scheme of carbon steel + stainless steel dissimilar steel for the high-pressure dissolution system);

4. Supervise the proportion of non-destructive testing (RT/UT/PT/MT) for Class A/B welds and the acceptance criteria;

5. Verify the post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) curve (such as heating rate ≤220℃/h, constant temperature time ≥1 hour);

6. Spot-check the process parameters of automatic welding (current/voltage deviation ≤5%);

7. Supervise the hydrostatic test/pneumatic test (with a focus on checking for leakage at the flange sealing surface and welds);

8. Review the welding quality traceability documents (welding material batch/welding record /NDT report);

9. Participate in the review of weld joint repair plans (such as hardness testing after local heat treatment);

10. Prepare weekly reports on welding quality (including statistics of unqualified welds and records of rectification and acceptance).

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the technical management of the process flow of the alumina production line (Bayer process/sintering process/combined process), and compile material balance and thermal balance calculation books;

2. Review the technical parameters of key equipment (such as dissolvers, sedimentation tanks, evaporators, etc.) to ensure that the selection meets the process requirements;

3. Optimize production energy consumption indicators (steam consumption, alkali consumption, electricity consumption), and propose technological transformation plans;

4. Supervise the on-site installation of equipment and pipelines (such as high-pressure dissolution systems and red mud filtration systems) to ensure compliance with process specifications;

5. Resolve technical conflicts during construction (such as pipeline interference and quality issues in anti-corrosion lining construction);

6. Lead the single-machine debugging and the full-system linkage test run, and handle the test run abnormalities (such as pipeline blockage and pump cavitation);

7. Prepare the production start-up plan to ensure that the 72-hour continuous operation meets the standards (production capacity, energy consumption, and product quality).

2. More than 5 years of experience in process design, construction management or production optimization of alumina plants, familiar with the entire process of the Bayer process. Those with experience in new construction or technological transformation projects of large-scale alumina plants (with an annual output of over 1 million tons) are preferred

3. Proficient in the production process of alumina (such as dissolution, sedimentation, decomposition, evaporation and other procedures), and capable of independently completing the process flow. Be familiar with the selection and installation specifications of related equipment (such as pipeline dissolution systems, sedimentation tanks, and leaf filters). Have the ability to review construction drawings (PID, pipeline ISO drawings);
