    Job Responsibilities


    1. Supervise the construction of the wharf structure (high piles/gravity piles/sheet piles), channel dredging, breakwater, revetment, etc., to ensure compliance with technical specifications (such as JTS, BS 6349, PIANC) and design documents;

    Job Requirements

    Job Responsibilities


    1. Review the welding procedure qualification (WPS/PQR) to ensure compliance with standards such as ASME IX and API 582;


    2. Verify the welder's qualification (WPQ) to ensure coverage of all on-site welding processes (such as SMAW/GTAW/SAW);


    3. Verify the material matching of the process pipeline (such as the welding scheme of carbon steel + stainless steel dissimilar steel for the high-pressure dissolution system);


    4. Supervise the proportion of non-destructive testing (RT/UT/PT/MT) for Class A/B welds and the acceptance criteria;


    5. Verify the post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) curve (such as heating rate ≤220℃/h, constant temperature time ≥1 hour);


    6. Spot-check the process parameters of automatic welding (current/voltage deviation ≤5%);

    Job Requirements


    1. College degree or above, majoring in Metallurgical Engineering, chemical engineering, materials science or related fields;


    2. More than 5 years of experience in process design, construction management or production optimization of alumina plants, familiar with the entire process of the Bayer process. Those with experience in new construction or technological transformation projects of large-scale alumina plants (with an annual output of over 1 million tons) are preferred


    3. Proficient in the production process of alumina (such as dissolution, sedimentation, decomposition, evaporation and other procedures), and capable of independently completing the process flow. Be familiar with the selection and installation specifications of related equipment (such as pipeline dissolution systems, sedimentation tanks, and leaf filters). Have the ability to review construction drawings (PID, pipeline ISO drawings);
