Probationary period(Internship base + rotational internship)

Relying on the project department, they will be assigned a mentor and, in accordance with the company's learning and growth manual, internship plan, Ivy League program, etc., they will rotate to corresponding positions or departments for learning.
Exercise period(Specialization + four stages over two years)
After the probation period, a specific direction at a certain level (the three levels of headquarters, branch companies, and project departments, as well as the dimensions of technology, management, and marketing) will be selected. The company will appoint a training mentor to introduce the high-potential employee training system (two years in four stages) and research center discussions, etc., to carry out professional training.
The advanced promotion period(High-level position experience + high-level professional training)
After the training period, employees who become the backbone of the company's technical management will have the opportunity to enter the advanced promotion period of training. Through the introduction of high-level professional training such as the Cornerstone Training Camp, project manager (Director) Training class, and branch General manager training Class, along with corresponding job training opportunities, they can move up to middle-level and above positions in the company.
