In December, the construction of various projects of Jiangnan Management across the country was in full swing

With fresh expectations, everything will thrive

On December 1st, the Suzhou Rail Transit Line 7 was officially put into operation, marking the successful completion of the third phase of the Suzhou Rail transit construction plan and achieving a total mileage of nearly 350 kilometers for the "nine-line intermodal" operation.

Line 7, with the theme of "Technology Line", is a "scientist" line and also one of the important connection lines in network operation. Jiangnan Management undertook the supervision work of the comprehensive monitoring system, FAS system (including high-pressure fine water mist fire extinguishing system), platform door system, vehicle depot base process equipment and other contents of Line 7, with more than 10 specialties.

In response to the actual difficulties such as numerous construction sites, complex interfaces, large volumes of wiring, and multiple coordinating units, the project department fully exerted its functions and wisdom. Through management, it refined the construction tasks, utilized BIM technology to sort out and solve the problems in the construction procedures, and scientifically organized based on the actual situation on site, guiding the innovation of techniques and methods, successfully completing all the key tasks. To ensure the quality and quantity of the project and facilitate its smooth acceptance, especially the seamless integration of the Line 4 branch into Line 7, which is currently in operation, has accumulated practical and operational experience for the upgrading and transformation of the subsequent line interconnection.

On December 4th, the first phase project of Taizhou Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, successfully completed the construction of 2,403 engineering piles. Under the joint efforts of the Jiangnan Management Full consulting team and the construction party, the project department meticulously organized and scientifically planned, overcoming the interference of complex geological conditions and adverse weather We strictly controlled key indicators such as pile diameter, pile length, verticality, steel cage welding and concrete quality. Throughout the entire pile foundation construction process, we achieved full-process on-site supervision, overcame difficulties such as muddy soft soil foundation sites and complex geological conditions, and implemented a sign-raising inspection system for the construction quality of key nodes, which received high praise from the owner unit.

The project closely follows the important strategic deployment of "Healthy China", continuously promotes the construction of "Healthy Taizhou", and aims to significantly enhance regional radiation capacity. Led by the construction of four key discipline clusters including oncology, cardiovascular diseases, neurological diseases, and general surgery, it strives to build a first-class national comprehensive regional medical center that "is based in Taizhou and radiates to eastern Zhejiang". After its completion, It can meet the opening requirement of 1,200 beds.

On December 10th, a special meeting for the completion acceptance of the land formation and soft foundation treatment project (Phase I) of the Qiantan Phase II (Start-up Area) Project in Wenzhou Oujiangkou Industrial Agglomeration Zone, which was supervised by Jiangnan Management, was held. The construction unit organized all participating units to form an acceptance team to conduct a comprehensive review of the project through on-site inspections, document verification, and listening to reports from all parties. It is unanimously agreed that the project has passed the completion acceptance of the contract engineering.

The Land Area Formation and soft foundation Treatment Project of the second phase (start-up area) of the Shallow Beach in Wenzhou Oujiangkou Industrial Agglomeration Zone (Phase I) is located in the southeast of Lingkun Island in Wenzhou Oujiangkou Industrial Agglomeration Zone. The main construction task is foundation treatment. After the project is completed, it will play a positive role in promoting the all-round development of the Oujiangkou Industrial Agglomeration Zone and the overall economy of Wenzhou. Provide construction land for emerging industries such as modern logistics, manufacturing, scientific research and education, headquarters economy, high-tech industries, and ecological technology industries.

During the management process, the project supervision department drew on the rich management experience of the company's numerous water conservancy projects, attached great importance to process control, and completed the construction task of the foundation treatment project of the plot with a red line area of approximately 5.19 million square meters ahead of schedule.

On December 16th, the right-line shield machine of the SGCX01 section of the Cixi Line from Cixi High-speed Railway Station to Kandun open-cut section, supervised by Jiangnan Management, was successfully launched, marking that the construction of this section has fully entered the stage of intense shield construction.

The shield machine "Yonglong 16" that started this time is responsible for the right line excavation task of the section from Cixi High-Speed Railway Station to Kandun open-cut section. After starting from the Kandun open-cut section, it successively passes under the No. 6 Bridge of Yushan Yuanjia, Ertang Hengjiang, Yanglutou River, Yong 'an East Road, and Santang Hengjiang to the north, and then continues to reach Cixi High-speed Railway Station. The left line of the section is 1,760.769 meters long. The total length of the right line is 1,759.952 meters, the minimum radius of the horizontal curve in the interval is 600 meters, and the soil cover depth is approximately 6.064 to 15.347 meters.

Subsequently, the project supervision department will aim for safety, stable construction and high quality, and complete the subsequent shield tunneling construction tasks of this section as soon as possible. Over a hundred builders will unite as one and work together with one heart, striving forward towards the goal of double-track tunnel breakthrough!

On December 16th, with the order given by the on-site commander, a prefabricated T-beam was steadily erected on the piers of the cross-sea bridge, marking the official start of the construction of the superstructure of the Housha Bridge, a cross-sea bridge.

The Housha Bridge of the Coastal road project from Housha to Hongqi in Kanmen Sub-district, Yuhuan City, supervised by Jiangnan Management, is located in the bay where Housha 'ao is situated in Yuhuan City. The bridge is 400 meters long, 16 meters wide, and consists of 70 prefabricated T-beams, each 40 meters long and 2.5 meters high, with a maximum weight of 124 tons. This project is a long-awaited public welfare project for the people of Kanmen and also part of the Kanmen Beach Cultural Tourism Project. After its completion, it will become an important coastal tourism route along the Yuhuan section of Taizhou's No. 1 Highway. It will not only effectively solve the long-standing travel difficulties of the local people, help Kanmen connect with the development of the main urban area, but also promote the development of the local tourism industry.

The prefabricated T-beam erected this time is the first T-beam of the bridge and a major achievement of the project team after months of meticulous preparation and construction. To ensure the successful erection of the first prefabricated T-beam, Jiangnan Management closely cooperated with the construction unit. From the production to transportation and erection of the prefabricated T-beams, every link was strictly controlled and inspected, all for the purpose of ensuring that each T-beam met the design requirements and quality standards.

On December 18th, the first phase of the 5G Bearer Application and Digital Economy R&D and production base project of FiberHome Communications reached a crucial construction milestone. The main structures of all individual buildings were fully capped. Wang Jiantao, the general manager of Jiangnan Management Hubei Branch, was invited to attend and deliver a speech.

At the topping-out ceremony, Wang Jiantao, on behalf of Jiangnan Management, extended the warmest congratulations to FiberHome Communications and expressed his respect to all the personnel involved in the project construction! The groundbreaking ceremony of the project was held on September 20, 2023. The official start date was January 27, 2024, and all individual buildings were capped on December 18.

On December 18th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Shaoxing Baseball and Softball Sports and Cultural Supporting Facilities Construction Project (Youth Activity Center), supervised by Jiangnan Management, was successfully held.

The project is located in the core area of Baseball Future City, with a beautiful environment and rich supporting facilities. The total estimated investment exceeds 890 million yuan, and the total construction area is approximately 107,000 square meters.

As a large-scale youth activity complex integrating education, culture, leisure and activities, the activity center is equipped with functional rooms such as a lecture hall, meeting rooms, a grand theater, musical instrument classrooms, general classrooms, art classrooms, dance classrooms, martial arts training rooms and a science and technology training area. After its completion, it will further promote the improvement of the supporting facilities in the new core area of Jinghu, meet the demands of more teenagers for high-quality off-campus educational resources, and is of great significance for optimizing urban functions, enhancing the city's image and building the city's brand.

On December 18th, the Strait Carving Art Cultural Park, which is provided with full-process engineering consulting services by Jiangnan Management, held a grand opening ceremony amid jubilation and anticipation. At 9 a.m., with the cheerful music and rituals playing, the opening ceremony of the park officially kicked off. Guests from government departments, industry associations, well-known enterprises and all walks of life gathered together to witness this historic moment. The leaders of the Quanzhou Taiwan Business Investment Zone government, the person in charge of the industrial park and representatives of the enterprises in the park all expressed their warm congratulations and beautiful visions for the opening of the park in their speeches.

Su Yanhui, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Taiwan Investment Zone in Quanzhou, stated that the construction of the Straits Carving Art Cultural Park is an important measure to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy and promote the transformation and upgrading of the local economy. The entire zone is deeply implementing the important directive spirit put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection in Fujian, which emphasizes that "cultural heritage is a precious treasure left by our ancestors, and it must be well protected and inherited." The zone plans to construct the Straits Carving Art Industry and cultivate a national-level comprehensive cultural industrial park integrating "industry + culture + tourism.".

As one of the first batch of pilot projects for the standardization construction of industrial parks in Quanzhou City, the first phase of the Strait Carving Art Cultural Park project has a total investment of approximately 720 million yuan and a total construction area of 215,000 square meters. The current rate of business attraction and occupancy in the park has reached 60%, and 42 enterprises have already settled in the park.

On December 19th, the Taicang City Chengdong Water Purification Plant, which was provided with engineering supervision services by Jiangnan Management, was officially put into use! This project is located on the northeast side of Suzhou Road and Yuelu Road in the main urban area of Taicang City, covering an area of 160 mu, with a total construction area of approximately 100,000 square meters. The total investment of the project is about 1.39 billion yuan, and the construction scale is 150,000 tons per day.

The main effluent indicators are superior to the Class IV water standards. It mainly serves the Loujiang New Town area of approximately 136 square kilometers, serving a population of about 450,000. It is currently the largest, most fully functional and highest-standard sewage treatment plant in Taicang City.

On December 21st, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Yangtze River Delta Innovation Finance Port and its supporting facilities project of Taicang Huirong Development and Construction Co., LTD., which is provided with full-process engineering consulting services by Jiangnan Management, was held. Present at the ceremony were Wang Xiangyuan, Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Xu Huadong, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee and Mayor, Wang Hongxing, Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Zhao Jianchu, Chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Xu Zhiqiang, Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Wang Yu, the deputy secretary of the municipal committee of the Communist Party of China, and other leaders of the four major municipal bodies attended the event and witnessed this important moment together.

The Yangtze River Delta Innovation Finance Port covers an area of approximately 65 mu, with a total construction area of 108,200 square meters and a total investment of about 967 million yuan. It integrates financial services, business offices, and service-oriented apartments. After its completion, it will accelerate the aggregation of financial enterprises and nourish the industrial development of Loujiang New Town with financial resources. It is expected to be completed in September 2027.

The project introduced the full-process engineering consultation and construction management model. In just three months, Jiangnan Management completed multiple important node goals such as scheme optimization, construction drawing design, and general contracting bid compilation, and obtained the scheme approval opinion, construction drawing review qualification certificate, engineering construction planning permit, and construction permit on schedule. The average age of the project's full consulting team is only 32 years old. This is a young, dynamic and combative team. They adopt a "5+2" and "day and night" model, building confidence in winning tough battles. During each stage, they have put forward over 280 construction drawing review opinions, raised questions in the bidding process for 9 rounds, and discovered over 680 drawing issues. Lay a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the project.

On December 27th, the first cast-in-place simply supported box girder of the Inner Ring Road Special Bridge of Taizhou Urban Railway S2 Line was successfully completed, marking that the superstructure construction of the bridge project has officially entered a new stage.

The S2 Line of Taizhou Urban Railway is one of the important infrastructure construction projects in Taizhou City, aiming to enhance the service level of the urban public transportation system and relieve the traffic pressure in the urban area. As a key control project, the construction progress of the Inner Ring Road Extra-long Bridge directly affects the opening and operation of the entire line. The cast-in-place simply supported box girder, as the main load-bearing structure of the bridge, its construction quality is directly related to the safety and durability of the bridge.

Since the project was launched, Jiangnan Management has strictly followed relevant norms and standards, strictly reviewed the construction plan, strengthened material inspection, process monitoring and testing, hidden danger investigation and rectification. For the problems found, it promptly put forward rectification suggestions and urged the construction unit to implement rectification measures to ensure the elimination of safety hazards and the quality and safety of construction.

The successful construction of the first cast-in-place simply supported box girder not only accumulated valuable experience for the subsequent construction of the Inner Ring Road Special Bridge, but also laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the entire S2 Line project.
